Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Muhlenkampf.

Mr. Claude Johnson has written us to say that you are prepared to supply us with a sample set of tyres to be run on one of our cars used for experimental purposes.

The size of the tyres we are using is 895 X 150. We understand from Mr. C.Johnson that the tyres you are supplying will be the Clincher pattern. We should be pleased to hear when we can expect these tyres. We should also be glad to have any instructions as regards the running of these tyres.

If you desire it, we could send you a report once every fortnight, showing the mileage of these tyres, conditions under which they have been run and any remarks as regards their behaviour.

Yours faithfully,
