(1) Buckled packing washers under suspension springs. 1.
(2) Rear dampers initial poundage increased .005". 1.
(3) Drilled .039 hole in rear damper valve. 2.
(4) Increased leak of front dampers from .005 to .012". 3.
(5) Thudding front of chassis, damper valves with gummy deposit. 1.
(6) Damper control pump not giving maximum poundage. 2.

RADIATOR.
(1) Cap not fitting. 1.
(2) Water leak from filler cap ball valve. 2.
(3) Steam valve not seating. 1. (struck through, handwritten "11 each" nearby)

(1) Leak from supply pipe chafed by engine bearer. 1.
