Facing size 9⅞ ins. × 6⅛ ins. × ⅛ in. Total facing area 47 sq. ins. Six or nine springs optional according to necessary plate pressure. Maximum plate pressure recommended 1400 lbs. Unit pressure per sq. in. 30 lbs. with maximum spring pressure. Mean radius 4 ins. Clutch release lever ratio 5·3 : 1. Release bearing travel required to release clutch ⁷⁄₁₆ in. Wear-in space to be provided in addition to release bearing travel—⁹⁄₁₆ in. Recommended release pedal ratio—10 or 12 : 1. *Pressure required at release bearing approximately 325 lbs. with maximum springs. Available with following S. A.{Mr Adams} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} ten spline fittings : 1¼—1⅜ ins. Can be installed in No. 5 or larger S. A.{Mr Adams} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} bell housing.
