Dear Sir, Further to my letter of 18th instant, reference Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /AA. {D. Abbot Anderson} 1/ET, Mr. H. {Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Fergusson Wood has now been transferred to Tank Section Department and he also will require a supply of petrol. I have instructed him to fill in Form R.M.S.1 and apply direct to Divisional Petroleum Officer, a procedure I had adopted myself in view of instructions received by telephone from your office.
