Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /RM. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 5/LG13.12.27. DA. {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} asked us whether there would be any objection to his design reducing the speed of the speedometer drive by 30%. We took the matter up with the makers of the A.T. speedometer - they replied as per attached letter. Under the circumstances we want to retain the same speedometer drive speed as at present. Could you look into the matter and see if this means any serious design alteration, in which case, it will have to be submitted to DA. {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
