ADDENDUM No. 1. (1920) 180 H.P. "FALCON" III ENGINE. S.D. No. 250 SUPERSEDED BY S.D. No. 367 DATED 29-10-18 OIL PRESSURE. Experiments have been carried out with a view to obtaining higher oil pressures on the above mentioned type of engine. The results of these tests show that the fitting of a stronger relief valve spring Part No. E.S. 9771 in the oil pump in place of the existing spring Part No. E.S. 6965 is all that is required. It is intended to fit the modified spring to all future "FALCON" III engines and issue same for all spares orders. | ||
