Claude Johnson Esq.

Dear Sir:

Many thanks for having tested the 'Silca' plug and for the report.

I have shown the report to the parties interested, they state that the plug was one of their earliest hand made plugs, and that the later ones have a central electrode of nickel steel which have been tested by the Napier Coy, and have been quite a success.

Faithfully yours,
(Sgd) James E.Withers.

PS. Will you kindly return the plug - inventor wishes see it.
J.E.W.
