Description of Parts. AEROLITE PISTONS IN RR.53 ALLOY.
Origin. To improve power output and oil consumption.
Report of Experimental Test.
These pistons have already been standardised in 122 alloy. We have now completed 15,000 miles running on B-23-AE and a bench endurance test on similar pistons in RR.53 alloy.
