CONTINUATION SHEET No. 2.

We have not given you any air speed figures as these are so dependent upon the installation of the fan in relation to the Heater block and other surrounding parts. We would like to emphasise, of course, the importance of complete freedom of air flow on the intake side.

We have sent these Heaters equipped with hand made revolving fronts which have been altered in accordance with the modifications which we have decided to put in hand. These allow an air flow of approximately 50% greater than our present standard front, and tests have proved here that we get an overall heating efficiency increase of about 40% when reckoned in terms of temperature rise in a vehicle with closed windows, over a ten minute period at 40 m.p.h., starting with cold air in the vehicle.

We are including with our package our standard piping, union, and clip assembly, but realise there are some of these parts you will not require. Incidentally, should you need longer lengths of the rubber hose we can supply you with these in lengths of up to 25 ft.

We trust that you will now be able to go further with your experiments, and shall be very pleased to come to Derby at any time to discuss the matter further with you when you have had an opportunity of checking into the behaviour of these Heaters.

Yours faithfully,
THE AC-SPHINX SPARKING PLUG CO. LTD.

D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} BENNION-BROWNE.
Chief Engineer.
