Instruction to halt delivery and testing of non-enamelled Water Pumps supplied by Messrs Triumph.

I think it most important that instructions to this effect should be issued immediately. Further supplies should not be passed for delivery by our Sub-contractors unless this action is taken, also, please instruct that such pumps as we have received are not to be put on test or delivered, unless they have been enamelled.
