The above drawing has been produced at the request of the Order Office for the Expl. Dept. See memo HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn{Mr Robinson}4/MJ.14.2.30. This new wheel is similar to the "L.2" Series (2nd.100.) Standard Production Wheel G.77182, with the exception of the track which has been set out .500 in relation to the inner edge of the Hub Shell.
