STANDARDISATION of CHASSIS PARTS.
Description of Parts.
Gudgeon pins with locking screws which expand the end.
Origin.
To avoid gudgeon pin knocks.
Experimental Test Report.
Run on test bench for 43 hours - no trouble.
Run on 4.EX car 5000 miles. Run 2000 miles on 2.EX Car.
Road Test Report.
Fitted to all Company's Trials Cars and a number of customers cars - total 20 cars. Total mileage about 30,000 miles.
