We have tested the Bakelite car heater bushes which you detailed for us and these so far have been satisfactory, giving quiet running (we modified the spindle clearance to give a minimum of .0005.)
We find that when coupled up to the defrosting ducts on 7.B.IV, the heater does not give adequate air streams on to the windscreen. We, therefore, wish to increase the dia-meter of the defroster blower rotor as far as possible and to move the defroster outlet 60° radially. Will you please detail the necessary new pieces and instruct one set.
