BENSFORT-BRAKE WEAR.

Further to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson}1/KT. 21. 2. 33.

We find on checking over the leverages between the point where the wear was measured and the shoe centre, that the front brakes have only worn 10% more than the rear brakes, and not 50% more as previously stated. The balance, therefore, between the front and rear brake areas can be considered satisfactory up to the present.
