35-EX. STEERING.

Will you please rebuild the steering of the above chassis for use with standard suspension levers as it was during 10,000 mile test, except for the following modifications.

(1) Roller follower modified to SK.5060 attached.

(2) Rear joint of side steering tube as standard LOP. except that projection of rear spring guide should be 0.010 to 0.015 before cap is screwed on.

(3) Cross steering tubes fitted with ball pads in BZ/PD. and remmed as on 32-EX. If new cross steering tubes are made lower pads should be pressed in. If old tubes used pads should be sweated in. Springs to G.85490.
