To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} To Sft.{Mr Swift} X 8005 U.W. BY/SS{S. Smith}3/DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}9.6.25. Re EAC. - Torque Reaction Damper. - Sec:5001. We understand the Works are having difficulty in obtaining the 20 lbs. load at 4.35 rad: specified to slip the Torque Reaction Damper on our arrangement drg: E.71324. This was based on the 40/50HP Damper where a load of 14 1/2 lbs. at 6" radius was found suitable. Will you please supply us, as soon as possible, with the lowest poundage we can allow the Works to pass for production, of course using the standard spring F.1456. BY/SS{S. Smith}, | ||
