Dear Sirs,

We have your letter of the 27th inst. ref. 5868/P.5263 concerning dynamo brushes, and we have now received the brushes referred to, for which many thanks.

We find, however, that there appears to be an error in the brushes sent in so far as you have sent in each case of the "EGA" and "EG3417" brushes for the 40/50 HP. dynamo, three of the inner type D.70965 and one of the outer type D.70964, in place of two of the inner type and two of the outer type.

To put us right therefore on this point our requirements are :-

1 Brush to D.70964 in EG3417 grade.
1 " " D.70964 in EGA. "

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
