We note that you have built up one of the light gauge Bentley petrol tanks having the outside petrol filler mounted in the side of the boot panel (k c.4725). We confirm that you are fitting this to 6B4. The body has been provided with a door for an inside filler. We suggest that if this car is fitted with this tank but without the filler neck, and sent to Messrs. Park Ward & Co. of Willesden, they will weld up the body panel and fit the filler cap and neck. They know how this should be done as they have already fitted up a similar filler on the Coachwork Dept's Silent Travel bodied car. If you will kindly let us know when the car is going to Park Wards' we will supply them with the drawing giving the latest details of the fitting. EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
