STEERING COLUMN.
Please receive herewith the following scheme :-
F.CD.992 Steering Box (Rubber Mounted).
The above scheme shews the steering box end of the steering column, the steering wheel and head was shewn on F.CD.853. The front end of the steering box is modified to take a clamping bracket to hold the centre fixed tube instead of a tapered end, as used at present. The support bracket has been stiffened and rubber mounted.
Please instruct experimentally.
