Messrs. K.L.G. Sparking Plugs Ltd.,
Putney Vale,
LONDON, N.W.15.

Dear Sirs,

For the attention of L. Morgan Esq.

We are returning to you under separate cover two Type 893B Sparking Plugs which have only done four hours running since receipt as new. Both of these plugs have failed and we should like to know whether you consider this is due to a fault in manufacture or to the design of the plug.

We shall be glad if you will make arrangements to replace these plugs for us in the meantime.

Yours faithfully,

For ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
