Your memo indicates that my opinion in this matter is not worth considering, and you even make the suggestion that the side-steering-tube can be loaded up in the manner described (one 3/16" washer each end) without making any difference to the steering. I suggest you might like to reconsider this, especially in view of the fact that as things are at present I shall, as in the past, be responsible for advising Sales whether our production, including such items as steering, is reasonably suitable for the market upon which we are dependent for our livelihood.
