Sidgreaves - MD} 13/E2.9.31 I have read Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /HEW2/AD13.8.31 with considerable interest and I note that in regard to the design it is felt that there are advantages to be gained by using an outside primary for the reasons given.
