Proposal to reduce front braking on all cars due to changes in weight distribution from modifications.

If therefore the proposed modification is considered too drastic, we suggest that it should be incorporated on closed cars only so that the performance of open cars will not suffer. We are, however, of the opinion that as weight is being continually removed from the front axle and at the same time spare wheels are being put on the rear, the safest course would be to reduce the front braking on all cars until the danger of taking charge has been overcome. Possibly some moderate retrospective action should be taken on these lines, when side steering tube alterations are made to customers cars.
