300 a GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}8/R.23.2.37. 35-EX. In addition to the parts we have already sent you with this car, we are now sending you by Air Mail to Paris a triangular thrust link which fits between the bottom of the gearbox and the back of the engine. We recently found that removal of the stay from the gearbox to the cross greatly improved chunking. The new stay we are sending you from the gearbox to the engine does not have any ill-effects. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} is particularly anxious that we should be able to standardise this as soon as possible. He is, also, as you know keen on the stiff half shafts. We, therefore, hope that you will get these two features fitted up as quickly as possible. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
