Description of Parts
WHEELS WITH WELL BASE RIMS AND 6.75" TYRES.

Origin.
To improve riding and reliability.

Experimental Test Report.
Well base rims have been standardised for 20 HP.
It is proposed they are adopted on Phantom at the same time as we fit Hydraulic Dampers and the lightened axle.

Road Test Report.
Run 10,000 miles in France on 12-EX car.
Run total of 10,000 miles in England on various cars.
There is a marked increase in riding comfort and reduction in rattles and wear on chassis.
