RE. EXPERIMENTAL LANDAULETTE ON STIFFENERS. X.4270
X.4613.

We send herewith A.sch.1492 shewing the underframe complete, consisting of the stiffeners with the cross member riveted in position.

With reference to the cross member at the rear heel board, we wish Derby to set this out and make the same, bolting it on with a temporary wooden distance piece.

The chassis, which is we believe No.668., should be sent away complete with its underframe in position, the holes in the brackets being drilled to suit the stiffeners.

We shall send you tomorrow a sketch of the scuttle dash isolation and the modifications to the rear step iron.

Will you please send two prints to LHS.{Lord Herbert Scott}
