With reference to the attached we were quite aware of this resultant effect of the error, but what we would like you to tell us is what piece of the apparatus is wrongly located so as to lead to this error. For instance, is the axis of the lever pivot wrong, or is the position of the fibre block wrong. We would like to be able to point out to the Works the particular detail in which they are wrong.
