June 1937 Messrs Johnson & Phillips Ltd., Charlton, LONDON S.E.7 Dear Sirs, Replying to your letter of the 31st. ult., reference Sales Department (Cable estimating) A.G., the cable we have in mind is 7 m/m overall diameter Neoprene with 40/36 tin copper core. We have had several samples of this cable from you for use on our cars. This should not be confused with the other type which you are making up for us for use on our aero engines which has a varnished cotton covered braiding over the Neoprene. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
