THE BRITISH THOMSON-HOUSTON COMPANY LTD. Registered Office: CROWN HOUSE, ALDWYCH LONDON W.C.2. Your ref. WWC/KG/218 Our ref. INDUSTRIAL SALES RJC 21st June 1933. W.W.Constantine Esq., 111 Grosvenor Road, LONDON. S.W.1. Dear Sir, [STAMP: TEXTOLITE] In answer to your letter of the 20th instant, we would advise you that we are making Timing Wheels in our Works by exactly the same process as is employed in the making of the Textolite Timing Gears to which you refer, and, furthermore, we have been making these gears for some years. Our material is, however, sold under the registered name "FABROIL-A". Textolite and Fabroil-A Gears will run satisfactorily with Cast Iron Gears, but the material generally employed for the mating gears is steel on automobile applications. If there is any further information we can give you in respect to our material we will be very glad to do what we can, on receipt of details and queries. Holding ourselves at your service at all times. Yours faithfully, J.S.RAMSDEN, MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL SALES Per: R.J.CHAPMAN RJC/BM | ||
