1370 γ c. Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} O/N.52444. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}4/MH.{M. Huckerby} 3rd. July, 1939. Messrs. Dunlop Rubber Co. Ltd., Fort Dunlop, Erdington, BIRMINGHAM. For the attention of Mr. H.E.Price. Dear Sirs, We should be glad if you would let us know whether you are in a position to supply us with one set of 16" wire wheels exactly as you will be supplying for our production requirements. This means they should be the 'E' type rim and have no provision for balance weights. If you are in a position to supply these now perhaps you would send us one set of five wheels for test purposes. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
