Under alteration No. 4650/E dated 16.12.19, we reduced the quantity of studs, washers and springs round the Slipper Flywheels on Spring Drive from 20 to 10. Will the Works or Test Dept: please supply to the D.O. on what chassis No. this change actually took place. Will the Expl: Dept: please report on the advisability of agreeing to the Works suggestion of only drilling and tapping 10 holes actually required.
