231-233 Marylebone Rd.,
London N.W.1.

Dear Sirs,

For the attention Mr. Mantell.

We are now ready for a visit from your representative whenever it is convenient to you.

We have run the engine with your carburetters, and the troubles we have so far encountered are :-

(1) Choke sizes are too small.

(2) The floatchamber needle valve is too small and will not pass the required amount of petrol.

(3) Apparent low speed is good.
Apparent high speed is no good. - The pressure in the carburetter is 3.6" mercury at 2500 r.p.m.

(4) The jet provided with the carburetter is too small.

Yours faithfully,
