Y1487 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/AD. September 30th, 1931. The S.U. Company, Bordesley Green Rd. Adderley Park, Birmingham. Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 29th inst. We are much indebted to you for the blue print of the large S.U. carburetter and will proceed to make the induction pipe for it. We should be glad to hear from Mr. Skinner when he returns as to whether he has made any tests eliminating the slow running from the rest of the mixture control range as this appears to be the one point at present on the small carburetters where we cannot get the required result. Thanking you for your assistance in the matter. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
