Hay's. lever for improvement of gear lever rattle to be fitted. VULTURE - Torque member and correct wheels to be fitted for dynamometer test. 3-B-1V. - Thin disc flywheel to be fitted. The front shock absorbers to be back to Standard. 19-G-1V. - Inertia dampers on rear. SpectreCodename for Phantom III low rating front springs. 1-B-1V. - 10/43 axle gears. A magnesium gearbox and B.3 unit to be fitted. WORK FOR TEST DEPT. (1) Review spare parts kept in stock, scrapping where necessary and alloting material to be stored at Shardlow. (2) Check over smoothness of B-23-AE. with Whitemetal con. rods. Modify exhaust system if necessary. (3) Work on SpectreCodename for Phantom III exhaust system. (4) Dynamometer of the SpectreCodename for Phantom III gearbox in the Vulture. (5) Silencing the Bentley valve mechanism. (6) 20-G-1V. to have servo improvements fitted as on 21-G-1V.
