case and one of which many people would say garage charging was necessary in any case.

We have had Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s permission to proceed with experimental work on automatic cutting off of the charge and in this connection we shall probably utilise 56 coil machines set to high output and giving, of course, the earlier cutting in. The experimental work on this will take some time, in fact it is scarcely possible for us to start at present on account of our various experiments and modifications of the present dynamos with a view to improving the output as far as possible.

I trust that the above remarks will give you some idea of the difficulties of the situation as they appear to ourselves included in which there have been as we have already remarks, the difficulties of explaining matters which, though entirely at our own fingers ends cannot be expected to be similarly clear in the first instance to others, and which owing to their intricacy cannot easily be rendered so.
