To DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Copy to EH. [Struck through] " " EFC. ORIGINAL 28th February, 1919. 2 E3/G28219. X.3208 RE 20 H.P. CRANKSHAFT. [STAMP: REC'D 3 MAR 1919] We send you herewith drawing No. Lec.1060 giving you sufficient information to enable the crankshaft forgings to be put on order. We ask that the forging allowance may be generous at each end of the crank to accommodate any alterations which may be required. The drawing actually shews finished dimensions, and forging allowance should therefore be added all over. Would you kindly instruct the necessary material. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} | ||
