Copy to Sft{Mr Swift} Re: STIFF STEERINGS. ---------- I now send you a considered report from Sft.{Mr Swift} and you will see that he has made a case after tests for the return of the grooves in the worms, and has proved to his satisfaction that grooved worms are definitely better from the point of view of sticking than the non grooved worms. I believe this matter is of such importance seeing that we are getting customers complaints and customers are even being held up on the road, that the grooved worms should be re-instructed and so far as ever possible we should make it retrospective.
