Contd -5- Hsl/LG6.2.20. =========== We think that the fact of having to keep the engine running slowly and no braking, is not as practical as the present car. The average consumption of this car on the road is 12 miles to the gallon. There is no control to the carburetter. We should like to know from Mr. Royce whether he would like us to bring this car over for him to see and also whether he would like any further particulars taken of the car. Mr. Clark considers that to get full particulars of the electrical connections, it would be necessary to dismantle the whole of the transmission. Does Mr. Royce consider that we should do this or shall we get rid of the car ? We ourselves feel that it would be beneficial to get rid of this car and obtain some other make of car which would be more useful Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
