Oil Pipes & Fittings.

Junction on O.S. front spring clip broken at foot.

Undersheets.

Both engine side guards cracked at louvered section.

Front Shock Dampers.

Wearing Pads F.59290 (S/AL) slightly worn.
Intermediate Levers F.79293 (S/ANX) lightly scored
Low pressure Valves - lightly pitted on seatings
Pistons & Cylinders - general condition good

Anchorage for Front Axle Control Dampers.

Front end bush FB.622 - starved of oil
Spindle F.100903 - slightly worn
Ball Pads F.100470, F.100890 900 lightly scored.

Rear Shock Dampers.

Wearing Pads F.59290 (S/AL)- the rear pad in each piston badly picked up and worn. Front pads only slightly worn.

Pistons F.59293 and Main Cylinders F.59966/7 lightly scored, particularly on the offside.

Intermediate Levers F.85054 - slight wear and scoring on thrust faces.

Main Levers F.100878 - slight wear on gland section.

Low Pressure Valves F.85640 - slight wear and pitting on seating.

High Pressure Valves F.85592 - scored externally and operating stiffly on L.P. Valve.

Ball Pads - general condition good, slight wear on lower ball pad F.100752.

FRONT AXLE & BRAKES. (Production Axle)

General condition good, all joints receiving oil and no oil on brake gear.

Front Axle - LoP GB.1235.

Axle Beam GB.1224 - N.S. pivot end set up .050 and both ends set backwards, N.S.-.070: O.S. - .025. (see sketch attached)
