3.B.IV. - BRAKES.
As soon as 35-EX. is finished, Sr. is to have this car back. The brakes are not fit for him or anybody else to use. The rears are nearly worn down to the rivets, but very little adjustment has been taken up on the fronts.
The car cannot be stopped quickly enough for an emergency owing to the rear brakes locking with only light pedal pressure. They could not be used in Paris or by Sr. owing to severe groans which have developed. What is to be done about it ?
