Distribution Board - Sec.8170. Owing to the constant unreliability of the cartridge type fuse, it is proposed to provide an alternative type to replace the cartridges, and scheme D.CD.282 has been prepared. We hand you herewith blueprints of the following :- D.76172 - Fuse Body. 1 off. D.76173 - Contact Strip. 4 off. D.76175 - Screw. 2 off. Would you please /have 1/2 doz. fuses made up for Fm/RC{R. Childs} to test. The additional standard parts required to build up these fuses are :- D.50313 - Nut. 2 off. K.4451A - Plain Washer. 2 off. 30 SWG. Fuse Wire. The parts are to be riveted together with Dowler Eyelets No. 1410 White. In order that spare Fuse Wire may be provided we propose to wind some on to a carboard holder - D.76174, prints of which are attached herewith. BY/RD. | ||
