Plan ROLLS-ROYCE HOSPITAL FUND ASSOCIATION HAVE YOU JOINED YET ? If you are over sixteen years of age, you will not be covered by your parents' membership. Safeguard your interests by paying 10d. a month, to which the Company contributes an equal sum. During the year 1939, the Hospital Fund Association, in respect of Derby, Crewe and Hucknall, has paid for hospital treatment of its members, the sum of £10,140.17. 7. and up to 26th September 1940 the payments have been £5,765. 1. 0. The existence of the Association has proved of great benefit to its members, So, if you are not already a member JOIN NOW HELP YOURSELF AND OTHERS Ask the Secretary (Mr.Eastwood) or your Shop Steward, or the Welfare Office for an application form and copy of Rules. You have to wait thirteen weeks before you are entitled to benefit. If you need Hospital Treatment and have qualified by membership, ask the Welfare Office for a voucher, giving your name and check number.
