Origin. To obtain a definite closing of the shutters when coasting down hill. Experimental Test Report. The spring gave the best all round results from a series of test taken. There have been several complaints from customers of the shutters not closing. Road Test Report. Fitted to 19-EX and ran 15,000 miles in France.
