| G.W. Hancock, Esq., Hotel de France, Chateauroux, Indre, FRANCE. Can you yet give us any figures for the temperature attained by the oil in the rear axle of your SpectreCodename for Phantom III ?. We have run a dynamometer test, and by having rests of about the same duration as the running time, succeeded in keeping the temperature down to 125oC. Judging by the amount of sludge formed in the axle, we would much rather that the road temperatures were considerably lower, and shall be glad to hear what you actually get under road conditions.
