Dear Sirs, We are enclosing print of suggested arrangement for single line gauge(Sketch No.204). The arrangement shown in dotted lines is what we would prefer to make, as being more likely to meet the conditions of anti-splash and overflow, on the tank being filled up to the top of the filler. We have shown the spilling level for the top of the filler just level with the top of the tank, otherwise the top of the unit will protrude too much from the top of the tank, and the scheme might therefore not be successful. We have brought all the venting of the tank into the forward portion of the dome, so that we may gain height to meet overflow conditions. Handwritten text at top: Y4038 | ||
