6-B-IV.

Herewith preliminary specification for this car, which we should like to get into the fitting shop as soon as possible.

ENGINE.

Large bore with all the latest modifications.

CHASSIS.

(1) Centrally mounted wings.
(2) Bumper bar.
(3) 14" dia. steel brake shoes of reduced arc of embrace and lightened drums.
(4) Gearbox to N.Sch.4556.
(5) Stiffer cantilever pedals, Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}1/KW.17.4.35.
(6) Servo exactly as on 5-B-IV, but in addition a damper to N.Sch.4453.
(7) The Hardy Spicer propellor shaft that ran on 5-B-IV, after modification by the makers.
(8) Front springs to be shackled at the rear.
