Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letter of the 20th, inst, and should like to take the opportunity, as suggested by you, to arrange for our Representative to visit you to discuss the question of Electrical Equipment.
We are, therefore, arranging for the Superintendent of our Electrical Dept to visit you on Tuesday of next week, at about 10-30 a.m., and unless we hear to the contrary shall assume that this is quite convenient to you.
