The return and replacement of Watford EC6 magnetos.

We have now received back from Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} the two other magnetos of this type, Nos. 96129 and 96135, together with his report that neither of these, after running, is any better than the standard. We consider therefore these two should be returned to Messrs. North and duly booked out as in the case of the two previous machines which were taken back by Mr. North himself. It will be remembered that these machines were obtained on a standard production order. Presumably therefore the four of them should be replaced with as standard machines. EFC. | ||
