Dear Sir, Regarding the 20" tyres we promised to return to you. We understand that these were despatched to you by road (Jennings lorry), on the 30th. Sept. We were unable to return them by the car which delivered the 19" tyres on 20.9.30. as it arrived and departed during the lunch hour.
