Brake judder and squeaking issues on a 20/25 model following modifications.

Referring to the modifications, I think that we ought to go steady about some of the modifications other than the cam because, after about 300 miles with the modifications on my car, I notice that the brakes have started to squeak and there is a sort of judder or shudder which I imagine comes from the servo if one applies the brakes suddenly.
I am wondering whether this is due to the new type non-fading servo linings.
I will try to bring my car to Bignalls Corner on Friday so that Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} can try it.
